This 3D medical animation depicts a coronary artery blockage confirmed by angiogram test, followed by a balloon angioplasty and stent repair. The animation begins by zooming into a coronary artery on the heart, and showing the buildup of plaque. Afterward, a guidewire (guy wire) and catheter with contrast dye are inserted into a blood vessel in the groin, and threaded up to the coronary vessels. As the dye is released, the location of the coronary artery blockage is revealed. Next, a balloon and stent are used to open the blocked artery and resume normal blood flow. This animation may be customized in any way you desire, including adding new footage, labels, voiceover narration, or interactivity.
